Solution: Even i had the same problem.Here is the solution for it(which worked for me) Step 1:Burn the dvd at 4x or less speed,More than that wont work.(DVD i used is moserbaer white). Some times Nero or Alochol 120% or power iso doesnt allow u to burn at 4x speed.If that is the case burn using DVD Decrypter. Download smackdown vs raw 2019. Step 2:Insert disc to ps2 and check.If it works.great.or If still the same prob exist,then Turn on ps2 ' WITHOUT ' dvd in it.u will se 2 options.1.Browse 2.System configuration When this screen appears,press triangle symbol on ur joystick.It will get the configuration screen Explore all options.and make sure the foll are set a>Disc speed is set to fast b>Rendering is set to standard c>Console diagnosis is set to on Step 3: Insert disc.Select browse and select disc.
